Lafayette village shopping center is a depressing place. It is the sad, empty shell of what it used to be. It was never the hopping success they'd hoped it would be, but now it's a ghost town with a few lingering stores.
The Bass Shoe Outlet was exactly what I expected: low prices on adequate clothing and shoes. I picked up an uncomfortable pair of Keens knock-offs for about $40. They do the job, but their nothing I'd buy again if I had more money in my pocket.
Wonderful customer service. Wow found things I never thought I would findly locally. So happy discount stores will be still in business. Many good bargains and with service,so I didn't have to run all over the place.
The staff is friendly. The store was clean and nice and surprisingly busy given that the rest of the village is empty and sad.
