The staff is wonderful and has always made me feel special and comforted. They do an amazing job there and I say, "thank you"!
This was such a lovely facility and I’ve had two of my pets cremated here including bringing one of them myself all the way from Brooklyn. Everyone from the ladies on the phone to the kind woman who greeted me with a hug when I arrived was great. It’s such a difficult time and the kindness of strangers does ease that. The place itself is beautiful and I was able to spend some time afterwards wandering the grounds and sitting in quiet reflection. I felt like everything was handled with utmost respect and dignity.
I feel at peace knowing my "babies" are there in this peaceful setting. This is how I want to memorialize my precious pets - surrounding them by beauty, one with nature!
Abbey Glen was excellent at planning and performing our toy poodle's burial service. We especially want to thank our arrangement specialist, Carol for carefully explaining our options and patiently answering all questions. She showed a great deal of compassion and was very comforting throughout the process. We just received our beloved cat's ashes today via Richboro Vet Hospital in Pennsylvania. What a wonderful surprise to find the beautiful Rainbow Bridge card and a personalized cherry wood urn, along with a lock of her hair. My wife and I were speechless in receiving the memorial kit. We would highly recommend Abbey Glen to all our family and friends in the area.
